My Biker Pup

image
Here she is the adventure loving pet. My little female Bichon Frise "Angel". She is an amazing pup. Her activities include Kayaking (as showen in photo), camping, having fun with the other pets, going to work in a backpack, bike riding, oh and yes if there is a motorcycle ride she will "not "be left behind. She is famous on the motorcycle fundraisers. She even has a bar stool just for her in every bar along the way. On our home page is a picture of her with her motorcycle goggles on.

This floppy eared pup is the love of Amber's life. Sarge is the newest addition to the family. Amber is still learning about him, but one thing is for sure he enjoys a lot of love. Which is good because he gets lots of kisses from Amber. So far she knows he enjoys play time with the other pets. But car rides need work. With that face who can resist having him around.

Most important our first pets when we moved in to this house and became a family (from left to right). Matsi- a big male husky. His name means sweet and brave. And that described Matsi to the very end of his life. Matsi died in June of 2006 from renal kidney failure. He was a gentle soul and a wonderful pet. I am sure as long as I am a pet owner I will never find another dog like him. Next to him in the photo his sister, Lakota. Lakota a beautiful blue eyed female now spends her days missing her brother. Watching her I have realized just how intellegent, loving and loyal animals are. Lakota will sit next to Matsi's grave marker for hours (we buried his ashes in an urn beneath his favorite tree). As the leaves began to cover his marker she would clean them off his grave. Then most recently the cold weather changed everything. Lakota went out to the yard moved the grave marker and dug up the capsule of ashes. She brought them in the house. We can only guess that her mind was thinking if she was spending the winter in a warm house so was her brother. ***Our web page is dedicated to these two very special dogs - Matsi who is very much missed and his loyal and loving sister, Lakota.
